My mom moved in with me and is home during the day so we are very lucky! I work 9-5, so my mom is here for her. But just to get her in the habit, in the event my mom has to leave, every day, we put Bella (Isabella, Bella for short ) in her crate for 2 hours each and every day. This has worked great. I know she will soon love her crate on her own. She actually does now, but the issue with this is, it is is my room, with the door shut. She is 90% housebbroken) and I don't trust her to have full reign over teh house...so I keep the doors shut. Should I get a second crate for the living room, to which I keep the door open at all times so if she WANTS to, she can go to it and go int it? If she wanted her crate as it is no, she can not access it; it is behind closed doors. And I don't think bringing her nightnight crate back and forth makes sense...2 crates I think would be better. Thoughts?? Please share yours with me!!!
