Customer Support Service Representative

This is full time remote job with flexible schedule.

Main responsibilities:

  • Helping clients in solving problems with their websites and giving them information about our services (emails and sales chat, NOT via phone);
  • Blocking websites that violate hosting rules;
  • Interacting between clients and programmers/sysadmins.

We require:

  • Intermediate or higher level of English (B1­-B2). Polish language is an advantage;
  • Basic understanding of hosting structure;
  • Any experience in programming, site maintaining will be advantage
  • Self-reliance as this is a remote job
