причем - база данных почему-то пустая.

да, я все переустановил заново и пароль конечно же поменял. Но как теперь получить доступ к админке? Я еще раз все снес и всё заново установил, но он говорит, что

а если в админку сайта на wordpress, то тогда вот такое сообщение выдает
